We would like to update everyone regarding the status of Loton Park events as per our 2021 Provisional Calendar.
Currently, HDLCC is still preparing for all our events to take place as planned. As such we have finalised our regulations and permits have been applied for. However, publication of regulations and opening of entries will be delayed until after the Government COVID-19 "Roadmap" press conference on the 22nd February. This will allow us to make any necessary changes to our Provisional Calendar before accepting entries to our meetings. As per last season, we will be working to ensure all events we do hold will comply with Government and Motorsport UK Covid-19 regulations.
Once we are in a position to open entries, payment methods for some events will be altered. We will not be collecting fees up-front for select events upon submission of entry, and instead request fees from competitors two weeks before the event date provided we are confident the event(s) will take place. We hope this will mitigate unavoidable, non-refundable transaction fees to both the Club and competitors in the event of a cancellation. This will apply to the following events:
20th March, 21st March, 3rd April, 4th April, 15th/16th May
Competitors can enter these events as usual, and the Entries Secretary will be in contact with competitors at an appropriate time to settle payment. We remind competitors that confirmation of entry is only given after successful payment of fees, and your entry appears on the Entry List.
Allswage UK Loton Park Championship 2021
The regulations for the Loton Park Championship have been finalised, and a permit has been obtained. Entries for the championship will open in conjunction with the event entries once we are in a position to do so. Competitors that deferred championship fees to this season after last year's cancellation will be accounted for on the entry form.
